Your Impact

• Lead & Manage : Take charge of structural engineering projects-overseeing everything from initial concept to final delivery with precision, clarity, and creativity.
• Partner with Leadership : Serve as the Director's right hand in Atlanta, playing a vital role in firm-wide strategic direction and decision-making.
• Client-Facing Excellence : Build and maintain client relationships while representing the firm with professionalism and technical authority.
• Explore & Expand Your Expertise : Post-tension design experience is a bonus-but a willingness to learn new areas like wood design is a must.
• Influence Across Regions : In Greenville and Charlotte , leadership potential is essential-engineers in these locations may take charge of satellite team development.
