Job Description

Lead federal construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline requirements. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project efficiency and communication. Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and change orders to ensure compliance with federal standards. Oversee on-site operations and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams. Mitigate project risks by identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions. Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating vendor contracts. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local building codes and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have : a strong understanding of federal construction projects and their unique requirements; proven experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously; excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle project challenges effectively; strong communication skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; a background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
