Develop a clear job function and classification taxonomy
Lead market benchmarking and pay range modeling to deliver a validated compensation framework
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading job leveling or compensation benchmarking projects
Familiarity with SaaS or high-growth environments preferred
Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally
Strong analytical skills
