Human Resources Manager

Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a nonprofit organization located in Worcester, MA seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team.

About the Opportunity with the Organization :

Assisting people experiencing homelessness, this nonprofit has assisted almost 100,000 people transition into housing

Founded over 30 years ago in Massachusetts, they now have operations in all six New England States and locations in the Midwest

They offer a variety of services including transitional care, long-term programs, and employment training

This position is open due to an internal promotion

Responsibilities Expected of the Human Resources Manager :

Oversee three HR administrators whose work includes : Talent acquisition

Onboarding / employee benefits

Employee training and development

Handle preliminary employee relations concerns

Assist with policy development and implementation

Background Expected of the Human Resources Manager :

Bachelor's degree in human resources or experience equivalent (+4 years of experience)

6+ years of experience in an HR role with 3+ years in a supervisory role and 2+ years with an organization with 300+ employees

SHRM certification or experience in Paylocity is a plus but not required

Salary Range :

$85,000 - 100,000 depending on experience
