Our Title Coordinators conduct title service processing with the purpose of ensuring all client service level agreements and PAR quality standards are met.

The Title Coordinator must become proficient and gain the client confidence in the areas of customer service, state titling process, recovery affidavits, and communications with the auctions.

Duties :

  • Excellent customer service, strong telephone support and ability to answer or research the answer to client questions.
  • General filing, copying and administrative support including for non-title processing services
  • Gather documents for shipment to final destination and prepare shipments
  • Complete title and / or registration applications, recovery affidavits and tracking transactions in all U.S. jurisdictions.
  • Input new title requests into title inventory system.
  • Call Department of Motor Vehicles and Title Services Vendors for updates daily.

Nice to Have :

  • Fast, accurate typing
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and telephone skills.
  • Computer Experience

Must Haves :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience, general office and data entry preferred.
