Our Sentry platform integrates robotics, autonomy, hardware, and software to deliver mission-critical capabilities in defense and security, with an expanding footprint into commercial markets. With a rapidly growing fleet and new product variants in development, our product team partners across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, business development, and more to deliver cutting-edge systems at scale.

About The Job

We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to found and lead our product operations function. This is not a support roleit is a senior, highly cross-functional position that sits at the center of our product organization. You will design the processes, tools, and systems that enable our product teams to focus on strategy and execution while scaling our ability to deliver world-class products.

What You'll Do

• Orchestrate Development & Delivery : Partner with Product Managers, TPMs, and Architects to streamline how we plan, build, and deliver products. Drive alignment across engineering, production, programs and BD.
• SKU & Configuration Management : Establish discipline around BOM planning, SKU structures, naming conventions, and release communications to reduce confusion and ensure consistency across teams.
• Data & Insights : Collect, analyze, and visualize data on product usage, performance, and customer feedback. Translate insights into clear recommendations for product and business decisions.
• Tooling & Business Systems : Own and drive adoption of JIRA, Confluence, and other business system tools to improve planning, tracking, and execution across the product lifecycle.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management : Architect documentation systems that let internal users (engineering, BD, operations, etc.) quickly find what they need to enable their workflows.
• Standardize & Scale : Define repeatable processes for deployments, upgrades, and release readinessmoving from ad hoc execution to scalable, world-class practices.
• Enable Sales & Marketing : Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design and Proposal teams to build product materials and internal enablement tools that help the org understand what's real, saleable, and how to communicate it.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Identify operational pain points, propose compelling solutions to leadership, and align diverse stakeholders and drive implementation and execution.
• Executive Communication : Deliver crisp updates, proposals, and presentations that give leadership clarity on progress, gaps, and recommended paths forward.
• Lay the Foundation for a Function : As our fleet and business grow, help define and build the broader product operations function, potentially growing into a team leadership role.

Required Qualifications

US Salary Range : $140,000 - $210,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
