Contribute to advancing the company's analytics vision during a critical phase of transformation, working alongside other Data & Analytics teams to embed data into the core of strategic decision-making.Assemble a high-performing, multicultural analytics team from scratch, aligning structure and skills with evolving business needs.Define and implement scalable processes, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent and high-impact analytics delivery.Collaborate directly with C-Level stakeholders to define KPIs, shape strategy, and deliver insights that influence top-level decisions.Lead time-sensitive projects with precision, ensuring insights are both fast and business-relevant.Convert complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.Provide strategic and technical guidance to data scientists and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.Use data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and accelerate growth across business units.Lead AI / ML model development and deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and MLOps best practices.Work closely with IT, engineering, and business teams to optimize data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.Present complex analytics findings in a compelling and accessible way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
