Subcontractor Coordination - Communicate with subcontractors, track progress, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Scheduling Support - Help monitor project milestones, update timelines, and address potential delays.

Cost Tracking - Review invoices, monitor budget variances, and support the project manager in financial reporting.

Quality Assurance - Assist in inspections, verify work against drawings / specs, and track punch list items.

Safety Oversight - Support the enforcement of site safety policies and procedures.

Client Communication - Participate in project meetings, prepare updates, and help maintain positive client relationships.

Problem Solving - Identify issues on site and propose solutions with input from the project manager and superintendent.

Closeout Support - Organize turnover documents, warranties, and final punch lists to ensure smooth project completion.
