INTAKE THERAPIST - PRN
Responsibilities Valley Hospital Phoenix is seeking a dynamic and talented PRN Intake clinician to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals.
Under the direction of the Director of Intake, the Intake Clinician assists the Intake Admissions Department in the assigned area(s) in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the Hospital and within the framework of established policies and procedures of the Department of Intake and Admissions.
The Intake Clinician is responsible for the clinical coordination of patient flow and staff productivity in the Intake and Admissions department.
The Intake Clinician will be required to assist the Mobile Assessment Team (MAT) as needed. Location : East Pinchot Avenue, Phoenix, AZ Schedule : PRN Website : Qualifications Education and Experience : Master’s Degree in behavioral health field.
LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, or other healthcare- related licensure preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire. Thorough working knowledge of Hospital, Intake / Admissions procedures preferred.
Current / Prior Experience working within Intake / Admissions department preferred. Valley Hospital is a -bed psychiatric hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona.
