ClubLine Concierge Representative (This position is 100% Remote)

Position Summary :

As a ClubLine Representative (Training Role), you will join our elite Concierge Team, proudly serving Invited Members across the country. ClubLine is Invited's premier, white-glove concierge service, delivering highly personalized, high-touch support tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each Member. Our team facilitates over 1,500 Member interactions daily, ensuring every conversation reflects the elevated standards and exceptional service Invited is known for. With a team of more than 20 dedicated professionals, we are passionate about creating seamless, memorable experiences that exceed expectations and uphold the Invited brand promise.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor during Member interactions
• Deliver timely and precise assistance for reservation requests via phone, email, and chat
• Provide thoughtful and courteous responses to inquiries from Members, peers, and leadership
• Maintain a working knowledge of over 500 club properties and associated services
