Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead and maintain compliance with IATF 16949 and AS9100D standards within our manufacturing operations. This role will oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) , manage audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with all customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and maintain the company’s QMS in accordance with IATF 16949 and AS9100D standards.
Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits to ensure full compliance.
Review and approve PPAPs and FAIRs, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission.
Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
Track and report key quality metrics, including defects, scrap, and customer complaints.
Manage document control to ensure policies, procedures, and records are up to date.
Train and coach employees on quality standards, systems, and best practices.
Partner with customers and suppliers to maintain high levels of quality and compliance.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality or systems management role within automotive or aerospace manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, AS9100D, and ISO 9001 standards.
Experience leading audits and working directly with regulatory agencies.
Hands-on experience with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
