Job description

A company is looking for an AI / ML Manager to lead strategic and technical initiatives in a remote, contract role.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and guide data analysts and senior analysts

Translate business needs into technical requirements and lead data-driven decision-making

Oversee AI initiatives and ensure effective collaboration across teams

Required Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in analytics tools : SQL, Python / R, Tableau, Power BI

Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts and operational applications

Expertise in data governance, integration, and process ownership

Experience in healthcare or payer / provider technology transformation

Proven leadership in AI initiatives and cross-functional teams
