Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Architect Project Lead located in New York, NY. The Project Lead will work closely with the Owner to oversee projects to ensure both design and technical quality. We are looking for someone who can mentor and develop the current staff both technically and creatively. VIRALINE works on a wide variety of project types and scales. Organizational skills, mental flexibility and a positive attitude in this regard is critical.

Office Environment

Our office overlooks Madison Square Park. The office environment is friendly & relaxed but hardworking. We do our best to maintain regular hours, and there is opportunity to work from home one day a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in both Architectural and Interior Design projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit as it relates to project delivery is required
• Strong skills in Project Management
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Professional degree in Architecture
• Licensure as a registered architect is preferred
• Salary $85,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience
