Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Establish strong connections with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing bespoke advice.

Lead Generation : Identify and reach out to potential clients to discuss their Property & Casualty insurance options.

Policy Recommendations : Tailor insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to enrich client portfolios with additional insurance products.

Customer Service : Ensure prompt and efficient handling of client inquiries and concerns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Awareness : Keep abreast of industry trends and updates to offer informed guidance.

Sales Targets : Work towards meeting and exceeding set sales objectives.

Requirements

Licensing : Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.

Experience : At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Tech-Savvy : Proficient in managing CRM tools and remote communication platforms.

Self-Motivated : Able to work independently while maintaining high productivity.

Customer-Centric : Passionate about providing excellent service and building long-term client relationships.

Problem Solving : Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
