Job Summary :

Senior Helpers - South OC is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Overnight Caregivers to join our team! We are seeking dedicated and reliable overnight caregivers to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with bedtime routines, monitoring overnight safety, and providing companionship during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities :

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Create a safe and comfortable environment for clients by promoting daily hygiene and sanitation practices
• Monitor client's condition and report any changes to the care manager
• Promote and maintain communication and positive relationships with clients, their families, and our team
• Maintain accurate records and document any care activities
• Follow care plans and attend to any specialized needs of our clients

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related healthcare field preferred
• Must have a sympathetic attitude towards the cares and dignity of our clients
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish positive relationships
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks as required by the client
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance
