Job Title : Credit Associate – Full Time
Location : Medley, FL 33178
Pay : $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM | No overtime or weekends
Dress Code : Business casual (no shorts, sandals, open-toe shoes, or clothing with holes)
About the Role
PeopleShare is hiring a Credit Associate to join our finance team in Medley, FL. This role is ideal for someone with strong Accounts Receivable (A / R) or Collections experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and can manage high-volume work effectively.
You’ll play a key role in :
Managing customer credit holds and payment activity
Communicating account updates to internal teams (Marketing Associates)
Handling escalated collection accounts and recommending bad debt management strategies
Setting up and evaluating customer credit applications
Performing regular audits of customer files for compliance
Supporting the Credit Manager and Finance Department to meet company goals
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections
Strong time management and ability to handle high-volume workloads under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable, professional, and consistent work history (no employment gaps)
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus)
