  • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
  • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
  • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
  • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
  • Engage with potential clients in face-to-face meetings, over the phone, and through virtual consultations to evaluate their legal requirements.
  • Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to ensure that prospective clients receive expert guidance in the initial phases of their legal journey.
  • Maintain a proactive stance in handling sales leads, following up on inquiries, and guaranteeing high levels of client contentment.
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients face-to-face and via phone or virtual platforms throughout weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Perform follow-up calls with potential clients post-sales meetings to ensure continuity and address any questions.
  • Document detailed notes accurately in the online system for future reference.
  • Schedule regular meetings with management to provide updates and discuss strategies. Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
  • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Spanish fluency is required. Compensation : $55,000 potential Base salary + Bonus

Compensation : $55,000 per year
