Registered Nurse (RN) – 4N Medical Stepdown\n\nNight Shift - (Hours : 7p -7a) Weekend & Holidays per department guidelines.\n\nWilmington, DE\n\nChristiana Care - Wilmington Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4N Medical Stepdown Unit.\n\nThe Unit\n\n4N is a Medical Stepdown Unit caring for patients with diagnoses affecting all systems : Pneumonia, COPD, HF, Stroke, change in mental status, diabetes, wounds, UTI, Pancreatitis, and cellulitis. The patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. The unit provides staff with various learning experiences in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWorking on a mixed-acuity unit will allow you to be ACLS certified, learn from critical and emergent patient situations, and use best practice techniques from evidence-based care. We encourage an environment of growth and expanding knowledge, promoting the clinical ladder, openness, and inclusivity. - Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License.\n
- BSN Preferred or commitment to obtaining BSN within 3 years of hire date.\n
- RN with 1-2 years of experience in acute care or sub-acute care experience preferred.\nHourly Pay Range : $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate / range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
