What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with departmental goals and objectives
  • Provide mentorship and professional development for team members
  • Oversee the management of litigation cases from initiation to resolution
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding litigation policies
  • Evaluate legal risks and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate potential impacts

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Must be actively licensed to practice law in at least one state and maintain necessary continuing legal education (CLE) requirements
  • Minimum of ten years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or personal injury
  • Prior management experience is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
