Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with departmental goals and objectivesProvide mentorship and professional development for team membersOversee the management of litigation cases from initiation to resolutionAct as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding litigation policiesEvaluate legal risks and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate potential impactsWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Must be actively licensed to practice law in at least one state and maintain necessary continuing legal education (CLE) requirementsMinimum of ten years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or personal injuryPrior management experience is requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
