Project Manager
Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion. Run the full scope of work for multiple industrial projects. All local work within 90 miles of St. Louis. Will be expected to be in office daily. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles that arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

A successful Project Manager should have : Proven experience managing construction projects within the business services industry. 5-10 years of total construction project management experience. Prefer degree and self perform experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and resources. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client and stakeholder interactions. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards. A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 annually. PTO plan. Strong bonus potential. Vehicle allowance ($800 / month). Profit sharing plan. Have matched up to 100% of 401ks in the past.
