About the Role :
We seek a Senior Director of Field & Partner Marketing for North America to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue through demand generation and partner engagement in alignment with global priorities. As a senior leader for the AMS region, you will :
- Drive demand generation directly and via partners
- Align closely with Sales and Partner leadership
- Lead a high-performing team with strong field and partner marketing experience
- Develop programs that accelerate growth and enable partners to amplify Sitecore's presence across North America
What You'll Do :
Create and manage the demand generation strategy, collaborating with sales and partner teamsOversee the marketing budget ensuring alignment with corporate goalsDevelop and oversee the demand generation strategy for the Americas focusing on ABM, integrated campaigns, and multichannel initiativesGenerate the pipeline necessary to meet AMS revenue targetsFormulate partner marketing strategy, enhancing Sitecore's presence within the partner ecosystemCollaborate cross-functionally to adapt and activate global programs for local marketsMeasure and optimize program performance using KPIs and dataManage the AMS marketing budget efficientlyEnsure cross collaboration with key sales stakeholders across the geo, growing these as a priorityEstablish and supervise an effective AMS marketing team offering guidance and career advancementWhat You Need to Succeed :
10+ years of B2B marketing experienceStrong knowledge of account-based marketingProven success in driving revenue through collaborative initiativesJob Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant time in field and partner / channel marketing rolesStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with ABM, integrated campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiativesSaaS and / or vertical marketing experience preferredProven success delivering pipeline and revenue through direct and indirect channelsExcellent leadership and people management skillsProficiency with marketing automation platforms, web analytics, and CRM toolsCollaborative, data-driven, and strategic mindsetWhat Success Will Look Like :
