As a representative of our organization, you'll serve as the first point of contact for the families we protect. You'll play a key role in helping clients understand their coverage, navigate their benefits, and feel confident about their decisions.

Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service
- Guide policyholders through their benefit options, claims, and updates with empathy and precision
- Simplify complex coverage information into clear, easy-to-understand terms
- Work closely with leadership to refine onboarding and client-experience processes
- Act as the go-to point of contact for client questions and service needs
- Participate in continuous learning, coaching, and leadership development opportunities
