Campaign Manager
As a member of the Development and Membership team, and in collaboration with other museum staff, the Campaign Manager will coordinate all aspects of the Museum of the Rockies' campaign. This includes managing campaign operations and timelines, drafting and editing campaign communications, and preparing materials for donor engagement. The campaign manager will help prepare senior museum staff for engagement with key prospects and donors and will sometimes also engage directly with these prospects and donors. Beyond the campaign, the Campaign Manager will help strengthen the museum's overall fundraising program by supporting major gifts, refining donor systems, and stewarding relationships that sustain MOR's development success. The Campaign Manager will ensure that campaign activities are well-organized, deadlines are met, and museum leadership has the tools and information needed to inspire generosity and achieve campaign goals.
Reporting to the Director of Development & Membership, this position serves as the central point of coordination for the campaign while also contributing to the museum's broader fundraising strategy. The Campaign Manager will oversee campaign systems and processes, track and report on progress, prepare donor and committee briefings, and ensure consistent communication across all campaign activities. In addition, the Campaign Manager will collaborate with colleagues on major gift cultivation and stewardship, manage select development operations, and develop tools that will outlast the campaign and position MOR for continued growth. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and is motivated by the opportunity to help secure transformational support for one of the Northern Rockies most iconic cultural institutions.
