A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the clinical recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute administrative tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Manage data integrity and requisition details within MyHR, Salesforce, and the applicant tracking system
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates after interview and offer stages, ensuring consistent communication
Qualifications
2+ years of HR, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support experience required
Associate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
Prior experience with MyHR, Salesforce, or other ATS systems preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
