Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead our growing engineering team. This role requires a hands-on leader who is technically proficient and capable of managing, mentoring, and developing junior engineers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC design, with expertise in data centers, clean rooms, and corporate campuses . You will oversee design and execution, utilizing tools like Trace and AutoCAD , while working with multiple clients on high-priority projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mechanical engineers, ensuring quality design and project delivery
• Oversee the design, modeling, and layout of HVAC systems for data centers, clean rooms, and corporate campuses
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure efficient project execution
• Manage project timelines and priorities, handling multiple clients and simultaneous projects
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers
• Review and approve designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
