Mōu About you

As our Platform Manager Integrations, you will have some exciting and unique responsibilities in two important areas : People and Digital Operations Platforms.

We're in the process of transitioning from older solutions to a modern platform, and your leadership during this transition is vital.

Helping our team members map out their career paths from the past to the future is key to their success and full engagement.

In addition to that, you will be making important decisions about investments, timing, and execution. Overcoming challenges and breaking down barriers to ensure we make the right choices at the right time is a significant aspect of this role.

We're also looking at transitioning work from other teams to create more capacity across our organisation, so your expertise in this area is critical.

We're all about doing things the right way here. Your leadership will ensure that our programs, projects, investments, and initiatives align with our goals and don't perpetuate old methods.

Now, on to Digital Operations! Leading this aspect, which includes people, processes, and platforms, is essential to our success.

Speeding up our delivery of solutions on our platforms is another key focus, ensuring we get value to our customers faster.

We're all about creating a culture of connectedness and continuous improvement. Managing availability to meet service levels and customer expectations is top priority.

Your role will also contribute to our overall Data & Digital strategy, making sure our domain is well-represented at the Digital Enterprise Services leadership table.

Ultimately, how our customers perceive our services matters greatly. You'll lead our Digital Operations teams to deliver high availability, meeting the service needs and expectations of our customers.
