A company is looking for a Business Strategy Manager to lead strategic initiatives and annual planning within the Customer Experience and Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual business planning exercise across the Customer Experience and Success Organization, ensuring timely completion and alignment with broader planning
Drive continuous improvement of the planning process through the development and adoption of technology and tooling enhancements
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on special projects, delivering insights and recommendations to senior executives
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field with 3+ years of professional experience, including 2 years in GTM planning at a tech company, or equivalent experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years of professional experience, including 2 years in GTM planning at a tech company, or equivalent experience
Experience leading or working on complex business transformation programs
Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis
Experience in creating clear, engaging presentations using tools such as PowerPoint
