The Role : As the Director of Operations, you will provide leadership and practice management for assigned clinics and services within Providence Medical Group SWSA. Your role involves driving strategic goals to achieve cost-effective, high-quality operations across clinics.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and direct : Offer strategic guidance to ensure high-performance day-to-day operations.
• Optimize performance : Collaborate with Medical Directors and PMG leadership to enhance financial, quality, service, and engagement metrics.
• Innovate and develop : Lead established practices and develop new services and initiatives.
• Communicate effectively : Maintain impactful communication with PMG Executives and Medical Directors on administrative and operational matters.
• Drive special projects : Lead or participate in PMG projects, committees, and task forces, partnering with Medical Directors on provider-related matters.
