Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Trust Accounting Clerk for its client's Miami office. The Trust Accounting Clerk maintains trust accounting records, including client investments, communicates with internal and external personnel, prepares reports, and organizes and maintains files.

The Trust Accounting Clerk will be responsible for preparing and processing wire transfers, creating and posting cash receipts and disbursements for all trust transactions, adhering to banking deadlines and coordinating with banking personnel, reconciling bank account transactions on-line daily, back up coverage to A / R Specialist and assisting with ad hoc projects.

This is a hybrid position, must be in the office a minimum of 4 days per week.
