Electrician

As an Electrician, this position will be crucial in installation, repair and maintenance of building and electrical systems.

Candidates should possess high analytical skills, be highly observant and have knowledge of proper safety protocols.

Responsibilities :

• Replacement of interior and exterior light fixtures.
• Scheduled building maintenance (ie.

HVAC filter replacement; inspection of electrical components, circuit breakers, etc.).

• Perform laboring duties related to installation / maintenance / repair of electrical systems and / or equipment.
• Use a variety of tools and techniques to complete electrical tasks and maintenance.
• Use of hand and power tools to complete tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES :

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Electrical certification / One to two years of practical experience with electrical systems.
• Good technical skills and ability to follow instruction.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
