Corporate Governance Specialist

A company is looking for a Legal Entities Specialist III to manage legal entities and provide corporate governance oversight for a portfolio of US subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and maintain company secretarial administrative matters for the US portfolio of entities

Assist in the production of annual meeting materials, including board and shareholder communications

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on corporate governance matters, including subsidiary formations and regulatory filings

Required Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's Degree

Certification from an American Bar Association (ABA) approved program preferred

4+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal

Legal entities management experience is preferred

Understanding of corporate governance requirements in North American jurisdictions
