We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Vice President of Sales Operations to join our executive team. This leader will turn strategic vision into measurable business results by overseeing sales and account management across all branches and serving as a center of excellence for revenue growth, client retention, and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for a data-driven, strategic thinker who can align teams, implement scalable processes, and drive results through disciplined execution. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in sales operations, project management, and executive-level advocacy for sales and account management teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Analysis & Strategy
Conduct in-depth analysis of target markets, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Identify opportunities for organic growth and market expansion.
Translate insights into actionable strategies that guide sales focus and investments.
Growth Strategy Execution
Develop and execute initiatives that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Partner with sales leadership to set metrics, quotas, and KPIs aligned with company objectives.
Monitor performance, adjust strategies, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Sales Budgeting & Forecasting
Collaborate with Finance and Sales leaders to develop budgets and forecasts.
Optimize resource allocation and ROI.
Recommend investments and scaling opportunities.
Sales Process & Performance Management
Standardize sales processes for efficiency and predictability.
Implement best practices for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting.
Coach and support teams to maximize performance.
Account Management & Retention
Strengthen client retention and account management practices.
Introduce systems for issue resolution and proactive client management.
Guide teams to deliver top-tier client satisfaction and retention.
KPI Reporting & Analytics
Define, track, and report on KPIs for sales and retention.
Build dashboards to monitor trends and identify challenges.
Implement corrective actions through root-cause analysis.
Training, Development & Implementation
Design and deliver training to enhance team performance.
Champion adoption of tools, technologies, and processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally for smooth implementation of initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
