• Care team model, blended schedule, number system\n

• Part time and full time options\n
• Option to work 7 on / 7 off\n
• CRNA's work independently (physicians are there to oversee)\n
• Call is 1 : 6 or 1 : 8\n
• EMR : Epic\n
• New grads welcome\n
• Visa candidates welcome\n
