What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as appropriate for a commercial real estate location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report any unusual circumstances.

Document observations, incidents, and activities in daily reports as required by site-specific procedures.

Monitor access points and assist with visitor and / or contractor management according to property guidelines.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
