In the Health and Fitness industry, many Trainers work all hours of the day and night to make a living. You put in 40-50 hours of time each week but only train 20-25 client sessions / classes so how much are you really earning in a year, all in?

Would you like a position where you can work with both groups and meet with clients 1 : 1 to help them achieve their fitness goals?

The Orangetheory Fitness concept is built around the Fitness Coach role which delivers our 1-hour full-body group workout.

Our workout is backed by science, tracked by technology, and inspired and led by certified coaches ... YOU!

What we offer our full-time Fitness Professionals :

• Coaches are in the studio about 35 hours per week with great income and full benefits.
• We offer a consistent schedule with options of early bird, night owl or a variety based on your preferences.
• Our Coaches earn a consistent income without the worry of clients with no-shows or last minute cancellations.
• This is a fun, high-energy, health-orientated team and a great place to build a fitness career.

Qualifications :

• Fitness Certification : Personal or Group Training.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• A big smile and a great attitude.
• Be sincere in your communication, team player, and care about others.
• Growth-minded and open to learning.
• Attention to detail; follow proven systems and policies.

Compensation : $50,000 - $60,000 / year for a full-time position
