HR Manager

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking an HR Manager to assist the HR Director in helping maintain a dynamic and productive workplace at their Palo Alto, CA office.

Your Day Includes

• Maintaining employee records with accuracy and completeness

• Managing job openings and applications

• Assisting with recruiting efforts

• Administering employee benefits and conducting record audits

• Supporting company-wide information meetings and other HR-related duties as assigned

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

• At least 5 years of related experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
