Primary Focus We are seeking a qualified individual to join our Finance Excellence team as a Consultant. Skills should include experience in : Finance and accounting process improvement

Financial planning and analysis

Business performance management and transformation

Finance target operating model and business partnership

Finance organizational structure alignment

Transaction preparation and execution

Technology acumen relative to Finance application environment

Responsibilities Contribute to the day-to-day activities of BRG Corporate Finance client service teams executing on business improvement initiatives.

Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to prepare and execute transactions using financial modeling and analysis, financial and operational process optimization, data management, analytics and visualization, business plan assessments, financial technology enablement, transaction support, and finance transformation.

Improve decision-making, enable business partnering and drive shareholder value.

Develop the content for and lead the preparation of high quality, refined reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.

CFA, CPA (or equivalent), or technical / GAAP accounting expertise is a plus

Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data; and

Ability to interpret the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis and develop insights and recommendations.

Willingness to travel up to 80%

Candidate must be able to submit verification of his / her legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.
