Land Acquisition
Job Description
The Land Acquisition Specialist - Renewable Energy will be responsible for :
- Collaborate with the GIS Manager and real estate brokers to identify, select, and analyze potential sites.
- Facilitate landowner outreach and negotiate contracts leading to executed lease or purchase option agreements.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess site suitability and negotiate contracts, involving travel as necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with landowners and local communities through regular project updates.
- Maintain detailed project update records to inform management about the progress of contract negotiations.

The Successful Applicant
The Land Acquisition Specialist - Renewable Energy will have
- Proficiency in effectively engaging with individuals both in-person and over the phone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a dedication to producing high-quality work.
- Self-motivated with adept creative problem-solving skills and a positive outlook.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptionally organized, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of energy, able to thrive under pressure, and adept at meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in contract negotiations and successful contract management

$70,000 - $90,000 base salary
