Job Description

Internal Messengers pick up and carry messages, documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within the financial services management corporation.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver department materials directly to clients in building
• Package and label materials for external delivery by courier
• Shipping & Receiving
• Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
• Lift heavy boxes, files or paper when needed
• Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
• Enter information daily into spreadsheets

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

Requirements

Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) preferred
