Orchards of Tulare needs CNAS!
We are excited to announce we are under new management and have created an exciting leadership team that have been in the Skilled Nursing industry for almost 30 years. We are currently looking to bring on new staff that are passionate about working in a facility specializing in caring for residents with memory deficits. We pride ourselves on culture and employee satisfaction and want to acquire staff who want to be part of a collaborative and innovative team. We are offering competetive wages, shift differentials and benefits including 401K. We need licensed CNA for evening and night shifts, 8 hours and are willing to extend to the best pay in town to gain canidates to provide care within the appropriate scope of practice to ensure patient’s needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, as well as state, federal and local guidelines to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
Shifts needed are evening 2:30 pm- 10:30 pm , and Night 10:30pm - 6:30 am, full, part time and orn avaiable. Shift differencial offered and pay dependant on expierence

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
A nursing assistant responsible for providing routine nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures and as may be directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses or Administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
