Director of Contracts

A company is looking for a Director of Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of cradle-to-grave contract management and establish scalable contracting policies

Manage proposals, contract reviews, negotiations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Lead contract structuring for joint ventures and support business development through compliant bids

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Contracts Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred

10+ years of progressive contracts management experience, preferably in federal contracting

Expertise in FAR / DFARS, joint ventures, and subcontract management

Ability to operate effectively as a department of one while providing executive-level advisory support

NCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM) strongly preferred
