Head of Services

Key Responsibilities

Influence go-to-market strategy and represent Services as a cross-functional leader

Build and manage a world-class services team, ensuring successful customer engagements

Collaborate with various departments to align services strategy with company goals

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Client Implementation, Professional Services, or Customer Success

At least 5 years in senior leadership roles with P&L management experience

Proven track record in designing pricing and packaging in a SaaS environment

Expertise in capacity planning and process optimization

Strong executive presence and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
