About the Role
As a Field & Channel Marketing Manager for our Volume segment, small and medium-sized business, within the EMEA Central Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing activities that drive brand awareness and pipeline generation across Germany.
This role requires a growth mindset, combined with storytelling, communication, and strong execution capabilities that drive impact.
You will partner with the regional field and channel sales teams to execute local objectives and strengthen Veeam's position in the market.
What You'll Do
Strategic Planning
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity to inform strategic planning and campaign development.
- Deepen understanding of regional customer personas, preferences, and buying behaviors.
- Deepen understanding of the customer lifecycle and sales process, and indirect sales model.
Execution & Reporting
Drive quarterly marketing plans for our small and medium-sized segment.Drive quarterly marketing plans with our distributors and top partners.Create and execute local integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand and increase brand preference.Collaborate with EMEA Partner Marketing team to activate joint programs that boost partner engagement and co-sell opportunities.Measure and analyze campaign and event performance, providing regular reporting on KPIs and ROI.Work closely with sales and channel leadership to analyze pipeline metrics and develop targeted initiatives that accelerate deal closure.Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Provide marketing support to channel partners and distributors, ensuring consistent messaging across all partner activities.Educate sales and channel teams about local customer buying behaviors and B2B marketing trends in the German market.Educate sales & channel teams about the Veeam positioning and campaigns.What You'll Bring
High-energy self-starter with a can-do attitude, quick to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in IT or SaaS, with strong collaboration with sales and channel teams.Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems, including lead and opportunity tracking and campaign management.Curiosity and passion for customers, partners, and marketing trends, with the ability to effectively communicate to target audiences.Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.Results-oriented with an insights-driven approach.What You'll Get
