Overview : We are seeking a motivatedand detailoriented Business Technical Analyst / Project Manager tojoin our dynamic team for a longterm contract role with PACCAR inColumbus Mississippi.

The successful candidate will play a key rolein managing and coordinating various aspects of a new engineprogram including project scope timelines budgets stakeholderexpectations and resource management.

This role requiresproficiency in project management methodologies excellentcommunication skills and the ability to adapt to a fastpacedmanufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

• Define and document project scope objectives andtimelines based on user stories and Agile methodologies.
• Perform business analyst duties in Agile / Sprint Planningmethodologies including user story documentation andrefinement.
• Identify document and managestakeholder expectations both internally and externally.
• Assist in preparing and managing a budget based onproject scope using input from IT Management.
• Document and track budgetary estimations and actualswhere requested.
• Work with IT Management toidentify resource constraints and estimate resourcerequirements.
• Provide project updates tostakeholders and ITD as required.
• Create andmanage contracts / POs with suppliers and vendors ensuring timelydeliveries and cost management.
• Performregular assessments of project execution to identify areas forimprovement.
• Create and maintain detailedproject documentation using prescribed PACCAR reporting documentsand systems.
• Ensure project delivery is ontime as per scope and within the allocated budget.
• Manage interdepartmental coordination to ensure smoothproject execution.
• Other duties asassigned.

Preferred / RequiredSkills :

• Bachelors degreeor equivalent in Project Management or related discipline(preferred).
• Proven experience of five toseven years in managing medium to large projects(required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Officesuite (required).
• PMP certification(preferred).
• Domain knowledge in amanufacturing setting (preferred).
• Provenexperience in using popular project management tools such as AgileKanban boards Waterfall (in terms of tollgates) etc.(required).
• Knowledge of project managementframeworks and best practices (required).
