Join our HR team to provide essential support in payroll processing, employee relations, and HR functions. You will handle payroll preparation, employee leaves, ADA compliance, policy assistance, and more. This role ensures smooth HR operations and timely processing across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Payroll Support :

Process pay rate changes and ensure accuracy in HRIS.

Track and manage payroll-related items such as bonuses and timesheet statuses.

Collaborate with PEO for semi-monthly payroll processing and adjustments.

Address employee payroll inquiries and track FMLA hours.

General HR Support :

Manage employee leave records and ADA compliance in coordination with the PEO.

Assist with policy questions, conduct exit interviews, and support annual compensation reviews.

Help maintain HRIS integrity and support onboarding and recruiting as needed.

Prepare reports and provide backup for HR vendor invoicing and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years in HR, including payroll processing for 100+ employees.

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with HRIS systems.

Additional Skills :

Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other HR-related regulations.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
