Job description

A company is looking for a Vice President of Implementation and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the implementation of virtual cardiology solutions and develop scalable processes

Design and execute a customer success strategy to enhance patient outcomes and provider efficiency

Establish structured processes for issue resolution and lead escalation management for critical healthcare services

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in healthcare leadership roles focused on implementation or customer success

7+ years in executive or senior management roles in health technology or digital health

Strong knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and regulatory requirements

Experience in leading escalations and issue resolution in clinical environments

Demonstrated ability to build scalable customer operations in a high-growth healthcare organization
