Key Responsibilities

Research and resolve inaccuracies reported on title by analyzing land records and state guidelines

Amend title reports and tax certificates as needed

Communicate resolutions and next steps clearly to downstream teams and lenders

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to real estate and property ownership

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong research skills and title exam knowledge
