Required Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience

Proven track record in technical leadership roles or leading project teams

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; higher-level certifications preferred

Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce project implementations
