Warehouse Logistics Manager

Here, you'll take charge of day-to-day warehouse operations while also managing critical logistics functions that keep the business growing strong.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000 / yr. (Depending on experience)

Schedule : 10-hour day shifts starting at 6 : 30am

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead warehouse operations (70%) while overseeing logistics (30%) to keep the flow of goods seamless.
• Supervise a team of ~15 employees with the support of 1 direct Supervisor.
• Partner with 3PL providers (no direct distribution) to manage inbound / outbound shipments.
• Oversee inventory, shipping / receiving, and warehouse processes to meet production and quality standards.
• Champion efficiency, safety, and team growth every single day.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
