NTCSS Web UI / UX Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to join our NTCSS Team at Norfolk, VA as a Web UI / UX Developer on our critical web migration project. In this role, you'll transform complex legacy systems into modern, user-friendly web applications for DoD Business IT systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to create intuitive, accessible, and secure user interfaces that meet the highest standards of government and military requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop responsive, accessible web interfaces for DoD Business IT systems
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts before implementation
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end elements with server-side logic
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance across various devices
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
• Troubleshoot and debug UI / UX issues to ensure seamless user experience
• Implement and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Document development processes and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives

The proposed salary range for this position is : $90,300-$189,600
